I learned our xformer is 2000kva

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

Transformer feeding our apartment is rated 2000 kva , that is 2 million watts

I was dreaming to get step down directly from high voltage for years but impossible in where I live.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJJy6VJvSCk , most of you know this guy who did it.

If you can manage to visit electricty distribution companys planning department they can look up for what size transformer you connected to , thats what I did.

If we can learn xformer sizes on good and bad places we might see a pattern
