Hello guys!
I just bought an XL2456X monitor for CS2.
I have a few questions:
My average FPS is around 180–190. I'm trying to play with a 240Hz refresh rate, but I noticed that when I cap the FPS in Nvidia to 185, the visuals look much better (it looks fine to me).
Should I change the monitor's refresh rate? I can't find 180Hz (only 120Hz) in Nvidia.
Should I create a custom resolution? Low latency is very important to me. I know it's better with DyAC off, but I'm used to playing with it set to Premium.
I've read about the "182 FPS trick" on the XL2456X, but it’s like black magic to me. Should I try it? Maybe you can help me with step-by-step instructions?
My second question is about scaling. I'm playing at the native resolution.
Should I choose full-screen scaling (GPU/Display?) or just the "No Scaling" option in Nvidia?
Thanks for any advice, guys!
Cheers
