i buy BenQ XL2420Z V2 and i dont know how to configure my monitor....
I read a lot temats and i found program Strobe Utility.

Is it introduces some additional input lag or no? What gives strobe utility?
Does it use the best players?
How do I set my monitor, profile and etc.?
My spec and settings, 1024x728 no scratches, 144hz blur off
i7-4790k 4,5ghz, 980, 16gb ram.
This is good or not?
