LG 24GM77 or benq xl24xxx?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a new monitor, did my research so far and with my budget in mind (around 300 €) the benq xl2411z was my 1st choice.
But now the lg was released and the reviews make it out to be slighty better then the benq in terms of colours and brightness.
Anyone around with some hands on experience with the LG?

I'm also curious what you guys think of Motion 240 modus and that it needs to be activated in order to achieve the 1 ms reaction time. It's a bummer that "Motion240 Mode supported only with 100Hz / 120Hz".

After reading prad it looks like the best gaming monitor today. Disadvantages: still without freesync (maybe they should add some module later?), in compare to others - illumination and maybe too high brightness. Almost nothing was said about motion240 mode. Also nothing was said if it has visible dithering.
In summary it is rated as "very good", no other gaming monitor had such rating there.

My thought exactly, that's why I haven't bought it yet. Because of the missing freesync and I'm unsure if I should wait for one with freesync or just buy now and be done with it^^
I found another test from a spanish guy reviewing it and he said the asus vg24qe cannot even compare to the lg in terms of colours. Brightness shouldnt be overkill, from what I can tell via screens.

I would have posted the link, if I could find it again it was in a spanish gaming forum but I don't remember where sorry.

And I feel the same, really interested in it but don't know if it's worth 100 bucks more than the xl2411z or just how big of a deal the freesync will be.

Anybody else got some new information?
