Hey all
I was looking to buy the XG259CMS 310hz IPS monitor, I saw some Chinese reviews and found that some people had some issues with the overdrive not working over level 10. This would be a big issue as then it would kind of make the monitor unusable.
However, another review showed the overdrive working fine and that level 16-19 is the best for most responsiveness.
I wanted to ask if people have more information about this, if you own one or know about it etc, would be really nice if you can share

Hi, I bought one a few months back and had no issues with the overdrive at all
I returned it, however, because the screen had a very smearing coating. It was as if someone ate fried chicken and wiped the monitor without washing their hands. This could have been a me only problem because I sit really close to the screen.
