Help To Completely Reset Settings?

Post by KyleSkyline » 30 Oct 2014, 19:12

Hi, I was testing out the Blur Busters Strobe Utility on my BENQ XL2411Z (Supported Monitor Found). Now, I'm curious as to how I might be able to completely reset all the settings, as I see doing it on the panel doesn't reset it, neither does uninstalling the Blur Busters Strobe Utility. I've read another Topic about it, but it didn't seem to make sense to me. All I've done is install the software and checked Override and adjusted the Persistence.

There are things I'm unsure of about this software. I use 144hz, and adjusting the Persistence can raise or lower the MS. But where does that begin? From the monitors 1ms it just adds something? If I had the slider notch on 3.0ms does that mean it's technically 4ms? What kind of input lag can come from adjusting these sliders? There are things I'm unsure of here.

All I really need is the steps to make everything back to how the monitor is by default.

hm, I think "Reset All" reverted everything back to default. Can anyone confirm that this is the method to restore monitor settings to their proper colours/brightness?
