I've been playing BF4 with no sync enabled and it plays great on my build (gtx 770, 8gb ram, i7 4770k and Benq XL2420Z).
When playing like this I typically get 100+ fps because I make the settings somewhat a mix of high and medium.. but I get a lot of screen tearing obviously. My problem is when I enable the frame rate limitor to 121, 122, 123, 124, 125 fps i get EXTREME stuttering when it drops below a certain threshold.. like 100 fps I think.
DO i need to just keep trying to find a sweet spot frame rate fps limit? or enable v sync?
