high fps, 240hz monitor, yet still feels choppy pls help

im literally all out of hope and have 0 idea on what to do, ive quite literally tried everything that i could think off, my main primary game is valorant, and ive been expriencing my 240hz monitor (asus VG259QM5A) feel choppy or not smooth, i know my fair share of smoothness and monitors and this does not feel smooth at all, im not sure wether its my dpi or what but when im in valorant and i look from left to right or in general make motions it feels choppy and not smooth whatsoever, i have a g pro superlight and use 2000 polling hertz rate and i average 300-400 fps in valorant, ive disabled audios, disaplyed gpu hardware scheduling, put my bios to performance mode, disabled e cores (not sure if this helps) but im quite literally out of ideas now, and i just want to be able to play normally. i normally play w my fps uncapped as it gives u lower latency and pros use this too, and considering my setup its very simmiliar to a pros build, i dont know what to do is it my monitors problem? cus the real deal breaker here is that sometimes in certain maps or even just sometimes it feels that true smooth 240hz and other times it does not. One thing i noticed was very rarely the herts would feel choppy like it would visbily drop to like 144 or something or it FELT like that after pressing windows and tabbing back into the game it was fixed. PLS help me ive spent so much money on my setup
