Important note:
-Unplugging and plugging the displayports fixes the graphics for 3 minutes until the issue reoccurs
-Capping fps to refresh rate makes the rendering worse=more microtearing,fuzzy and blurry gameplay
-HDMI doesn't fix it & changing moniters
-I am on the latest nvidia driver

Amd ryzen 5 5600x
16gb ddr4 ram
1tb ssd
650watts psu
B550M ds3h motherboard

I'm also troubled by this, and most people have this problem too, but they all think it's a problem with the mouse brand. What I can confirm now is that it might be a specific brand of motherboard and a 3060 graphics card paired with a graphics driver version 552.22? You could try this combination.

I observed someone who is the only person I've seen without any typing lag, but he streams on the Chinese version of Douyin (TikTok). I don't know if you can use this software.
