Router Input Lag

Hello. I want to tell my strange story.
About a year ago I didn’t feel any problems with the input delay, one might say it was ideal, but around the same time a neighbor moved in with me and installed electricity for himself with 380 kW( i have 220). I would like to add that to the right and left of me there were abandoned houses without electricity.
At that time, I began to notice typical problems: low Hertz, floating mouse, registering hits worse.
But the clearest thing is network lags. This is not packet loss and network jitter, as if the game was paused and my character was flying on a noclip, but after a couple of seconds I was in the same place. Moreover, these lags work for everything: the game, discord, browser, etc.
I thought this was a problem with the router and purchased a BE3600 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router. As soon as I installed it and configured it, the best time of my life began. I literally felt no input lag, my strafes were super accurate (even though I play with snap tap, it was even faster). But after a day or a day later, the symptoms of input delay returned. I believe that my router is saturated with dirty electricity.
What could be the problem??
Power unit? (I have a zalman wattbit 600w, old, about 4-5 years old).
Electricity in the house? (I have grounding in the house)
Or is it my neighbor who installed 380 kW for himself?
I want to know your opinion and what can be done. Maybe someone else has encountered this?
