Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Hey guys, I'm from Brazil and here our utility companies require the neutral to be grounded right at the meter/service entrance. Is it the same in the US? Is the neutral bonded to ground at the main service panel by code?

I’ve tried everything: I grounded the computer outlet, ran a direct line to the main panel, and nothing worked. The only thing my house is missing is the neutral grounded at the service entrance.

Make it low impedance as much as possible.
That describes exactly what I'm experiencing! Those are literally all the symptoms I have right now. Along with the heavy mouse, I get terrible micro-stutters from bad frame pacing, and my monitor's image just feels 'off' or noisy. It's crazy how a missing main neutral bond can mess up gaming performance so badly. Thanks for confirming this!
How can I achieve the lowest impedance possible at the service entrance? Should I use longer ground rods or thicker wires?

Look at the picture above.
I'm experiencing the exact same problem.
I connected a copper rod to the ground near the computer, and it only improved for a short time before the problem returned.

Well idk , yet I know in order to make it least resistance they apply some salt-chemical to dirt before putting the rod.
So I would do some research on methods , than call companys that install grounding and I ask them which methods they use, pick the most informed one

There's an option to create an independent neutral if you have your own grounding system. After the isolation transformer, you have two phases that float relative to each other. So, if you ground one phase to its own grounding system, you'll get a clean neutral. And in my opinion, no one has done this before.
