I noticed a long time ago that installing clean Windows fixes the desync, floating mouse, etc., and I managed to find out what actions cause a fierce desync.
The reason:
After installing the drivers on the motherboard and gpu, the system breaks down for some reason, and it is impossible to play games, it's just unpleasant, disgusting.
Possible fix (since all systems and builds are different):
Install clean Windows.
And you just need to update Windows through the Windows settings itself, as well as install all the "optional updates".
Do not use any tweaks on super mega low latency, do not touch anything in Nvidia Profile Inspector, etc.
You just need to set the Windows power plan to high performance (or not change it) and disable mouse acceleration.
Nvidia's 3D settings are default; don't change anything there, I do not know the scaling, but I put a full-screen display without a check mark.
BIOS:
In the BIOS, I only enabled Secure Boot on Standard before installing Windows.
System health test (theoretically):
Go to the dino chrome com website, set the expert difficulty and look at the dinosaur. If it accelerates unrealistically fast, then you have something wrong with your PC: perhaps the board has bad firmware, BIOS, bad default BIOS settings, bad drivers in the Microsoft server database, etc
. My difficulty is expert: 5554.
I can fill it up even more, but I'm very tired. The bottom line is that the speed of the dinosaur is static, and you can fill up the speed normally.
My recommendations:
Never change the firmware of the motherboard, gpu, mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc. After updating the firmware, the driver database on Microsoft servers is not updated, only in very rare cases, this is equivalent to a miracle.
Connect the mouse to the CPU port, and the keyboard to the chipset. Do not use headphones via USB.

Always disable Reflex, as this technology has disadvantages. I'm too lazy to describe it, but the bottom line is that you'll get more profit by limiting FPS than from Reflex.
Always set the FPS limit through the game. There is no need to limit FPS through the NVIDIA panel, etc., so you will avoid the GPU Bound problem. The gpu should not work at 100%, even at 90% is bad.
If you have a powerful graphics card and the FPS is limited to 400, then Reflex, in theory, will not break the game in any way, since there is no emphasis on the graphics card. Therefore, I immediately give an answer to those who will write that Reflex does not spoil the game in any way.
With GPU Bound Reflex spoils mouse tracking, etc. In short, there are many pitfalls, and therefore Reflex 2 appeared on the horizon.

I'm far from an expert in software, etc., I'm a simple user, but Linux is for work tasks where the priority is on other tasks, not gaming. I know that there are Linux gaming solutions, but this is definitely not what we need. A floating mouse is a superficial explanation that mouse tracking is weird.
I might have been wrong about the monitors, but new monitors already have low resolutions pre-installed on BenQ and Asus, and Asus calls it esports mode.

I have the stock browser settings and the default Windows settings as well. I don't use any tweaks. If something is wrong with your stock settings, then the system is faulty.

If this were a Windows-related issue, the mouse should have felt different on Linux, but it didn't it felt similar. I couldn't flick, I couldn't land good shots despite having good reaction time. I dedicated a ton of money to solving this input lag problem: I had an (UPS), I bought an expensive power supply unit, an expensive motherboard.. I think interference is the issue in my case.

My computer doesn't have abnormal acceleration. The dinosaur's speed is static. The dinosaur's difficulty is expert.

My computer has an offline version of Dino Chrome in the Chrome browser: chrome://dino/ The dinosaur's speed is static, there is no abnormal acceleration.
