Pixel Inversion? GS27QA 1440p 180hz

So I did the Lagom inversion tests and noticed that the patterns are bleeding out of the browser window to the sides, another problem is that certain patterns change color from purple to grey depending on where I move the browser window, Video attached to thread as I can't post external links (video quality might be bad cause of file limit on this website so I had to compress a lot but the issue is still visible)

Both the bleed and color change issues are gone if I change to 60hz refresh rate. (Monitor was on 180hz on the video)
The colors don't change or flash in the blur busters Inversion uniformity test tho.

Do these results mean the monitor has pixel inversion issues? I first noticed some scanlines-like looking thing in Resident Evil Revelations 2 (Only visible when moving the camera), Re 1 Remake (Happens on a specific starcase when character is moving fast) and once on a YT livestream (also happened when character on screen was moving fast)

I'm not sure how to test it more thoroughly as it's pretty hard to find good info and guides on this.
