That's called crosstalk. It's normal in blur reduction mode. Movements become more clear, but there's this slight after-image behind moving objects.

The problem is usually reduced in 144Hz DyAC mode. 240Hz DyAC makes crosstalk more visible.

I have xl2546 too, i'm cs go high lv play too. And same with you when i turn on dyac (see a shadow) / off dyac(not see a shadow). So i can say your dyac is completely normal. You should not use the dyac to play CS GO, I feel a little latency when I use it, when I move the mouse I can feel it.

Open the "factory menu" (See the sticky).
Find an option called "OD Gain"
then lower the value there.
Make sure AMA is on high before changing this value.

This value will not survive resolution or refresh rate changes (except GPU scaled resolutions).

Try it and find out. I don't know, as I don't have any of these monitors.
There was feedback in the old XL2540 adaptive sync thread where people messed with this setting and had splendid results with blur reduction AMA inverse ghosting (not boundary strobe crosstalk) witih this setting..
