Fix stuck pixel

Hello, I get xl2540 and it has 1 dead pixel(which does not bothers me, it very right and i did not notice it) and 3-4 stuck pixel. Can i fix this? thanks for any replay.

Usually you cannot --

But you can try the massage method (WikiHow version, LifeHacker verison) and also the noisy image method. Occasional successes does happen. Combined, those two will probably give you a 10% chance(ish) of some success. That said, damage can result from the massage method if you press too hard -- you know how LCD distort color when you touch them? That can become permanent with too much pressure (and/or sustained pressure) with the massage method as some LCDs are sensitive, and you might create more dead pixels.

Now, if you just bought a new monitor and the pixels hit your manufacturer's dead pixel policy.... I recommend RMA instead.

If i left this jfscreen fix for 1 hour monitor will not get any damage right?
