ghosting problem xg258

hello i have little issue on my monitor it start ghosting when moving objects i test it on game called overwatch i never had this issue 4-5 months the text on game start blurry when i move right and left the object to i would like to know if its overdrive voltage problem i never overclocked my monitor here video of the issue i try with vsync on to but problem the same

pox02, can u tell me what monitor settings do u use ?
