Slightly fluctuating FPS in Apex Legends

Hi guys,

since I got a G Sync Monitor i seem to not get a stable FPS count in Apex Legends although having fps limited. I have tried all combinations of Gsync and Vsync on and off.
FPS seems to always float approximately 5 FPS around my target FPS.

Any ideas as to why that might be?
