It seems that Gamers Nexus have done a Input lag test between AMD and Intel as well and their results were that there wasn't any difference between any of the CPUs. These results differ from Tech Yes City's results that showed that Intel had a slightly lower input delay compared to Ryzen. Both youtubers used a 1000fps camera and a 240hz monitor to it's interesting to see that their results differ as well. As for CS:GO, it appears that they used a very similar testing methodology as well (firing a gun and counting the first reaction, though Tech Yes City used a pistol while Gamers Nexus used the AWP)
Tech Yes City used a 3950x for AMD though compared to the 3700x that Gamers Nexus used so perhaps there is some input delay introduced due to the fact that the 3950x have several CCD modules (it's basically two 3700x put together). It would be interesting to see some 3700x vs 3950x testing as well but I don't think that's gonna happen any time soon.
