Fastest 144hz IPS Currently?

I was considering a 240hz however it will be split between my pc and ps5 so 240hz would cause delay in lower hz mode, So i am looking for the fastest ips out currently decided to now move away from TN my eyes deserve it haha! Any suggestions appreciated!
