Enable Network Card OnBoard Processor to finally fix wierd latency

OMG i finall fixed wierd inconsistent mouse and system latency issues. Im not going to get into everything i thought it was power issue with my place.
The problem is windows it uses your CPU to offload network traffic and if oyu push your system you will feel this it even show on latency monitor USB/DX and vidia driver.
It all depends on if your network adapter has an integrated on-board processor, if so it can help process a lot of networking functions. Which will help free up your CPU so it can be use for other tasks and increase performance.
You need to add value in regestry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
In right windows
right click new DWORD Value names DisableTaskOffload
DWORD Value: 0 = Use NIC Processor, 1 = Disable NIC Processor
I have z490 with intergrated intel 1225v and working
EDIT
Nvidia users use Use NVIDIA driver slimming remove all junk from driver you dont need. Big issue seem to be network traffic IDK somthing with EMI but causing lag nvidia tementry and containers constantly comumicating over intenet.

it take time when people will understand everything, what ever you do in window, it was many times tried, this what you tried its basic tweak of placebo effect

My network adapter doesn't have an integrated on-board processor.

2 days now and everything still great no random mouse floaty feeling this really does work.
I think most new onboard should especally intel if you dont the id go get new nic card to test this out. I think simthing up with windows offloading to CPU is BS possble becasue of all telmentry going on IDK it make sence though all random ness is packets. And my CPU everything look fine IDK I/O issue ive tried everything even built new computer.
After while noticed it would happen when pluged in my network to computer made me think maybe grounloop somthing trust me tried EVERYTHING.
BTW

Perhaps you have "solved" because your problem is not the same as many here.

If you have isue then try even if you dont and everything fine worth doing clearly take overhead off CPU seem to fix wierd nvlddmkm.sys latency issue that people say nvidia driver related.

Also FYI and i didnt know this but by default windows is set up to use your CPU for network overhead regardless if lan cabple read up about it it.
This why everyone should try it even if lower latency in general
