Crazy Input Lag and Display Lag. Have Tried Basically Everything At This Point TO Try to Fix

Sorry If I can't explain this well.

I play games like Apex Legends, Battlefield, Valorant and Rainbow Six Siege and they start to have more and more input lag after few minutes of game time. It's as if my mouse becomes heavy and sluggish and I have to put more effort into moving the mouse. Also the keybaord feels laggy and inaccurate when strafing And it feels like there is a 0.5 seconds of delay. The lag is also noticable on WIndows outside of the games. Everything in my system seems to be fine. Good internet with no speed, ping or bufferbloat issues, no FPS drops, CPU and GPU temps all fine, frametiems are good and no errors or anything anywhere. It seems to be some sort of display issue since soem of the things that fixes it for few seconds to minutes happens when tweak some diplay settings.

Another issue which is very noticle in Apex Legends is where the graphics and textures in the game shimmer and flicker when the input lag starts to show up. It's definetly not normal without antialiasing. Some other problems are subtle microstutter while moving mouse in the game and recieving ton of damage within few frames. (Like I am dying instantly when getting shot, 1 frame deaths, getting shot like I am a second behind the game world)

THINGS THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM FOR FEW MINUTES: alt tabbing in and out the game, restarting pc, switching to windowed mode, turning on and off generic monitors in device manager

EVERYTHING I TRIED SO FAR THAT I CAN THINK OF:
-3 different gaming laptops
-1 desktop pc
-different mouse and keayboards
-switching to a netduma gaming router
-different vpns with wireguard and openvpn protocols
-port-forwarding
-playing on mobile hotspot
-changing to different wall adapters and surge protector powerstrips
-portable power station
-trying the PC at different system.
-clean reseting PC
-disabling/enabling C-States in BIOS
-different windows setting optimiaztions
-differnt pagefile settings
-changing and experimenting with many different nvidia settings
-changing to differnt in game settings
-turning on and off DX12 in game
-clean booting windows
-removing any temp files and windows bloat
-uninstalling and reinstalling my iGPU and dGPU using DDU
-two different freesync and gsync monitors and messing with differnt gsync and vsync settings
-ISLC, Timer Resoliution, Empty Standby List, and turning on and off HPET
-Fr33thy optimaiztions
Many other things that I can't remeber it all right now.

If there's anything I need to answer please ask. This forum seems to be best place to try to make sense of this. I would give exact specs but this same issues happening across all systems I tried (3 different laptops and 1 desktop with all good specs).

Have you tried switching mouse to separate USB port mentioned in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=7618 ?
However if you tried with laptops also that doesn't seem like that case.

Have you ever tried a frame rate cap in your game?

This frees up CPU to process the mouse faster sometimes. If the CPU is hogged by high frame rate, sometimes the mouse suffers. Sometimes capping the frame rate to slow down the frame rate of your game a little bit sometimes frees up enough CPU to process the mouse faster.

Which mouse are you using?

Apex legends in general is ass, bad servers, money grabbers.

Oh yes I have tried everything. capping frames, uncapping frames, capping to 60hz, 90hz, 120hz, 144hz 165 hz, capping it few frames lower than my 144hz monitor, different gsync, vsync, freesync configruations, capping frames through in-game, steam, origin, RTSS, Nvidia etc. ALso tried different DPIs and polling rates.

Also tried many different mouses and keyboards from Logitech, razer and some other cheaper ones. Wired and wireless. Though my main mouse is g pro wireless.

Also to update a little, I just tried a WIn10 tool that disables DWM. I used it testing Apex Legends and Battlefield 1 in windowed mode(doesn't seem to work in fullscreen mode). It completely fixed the degrading graphics/textures shimmering issues, input lag wasn't that noticeable, mouse was super smooth and didn't feel heavy and sluggish, and my hit registration was amazing. Only problems I was having was some stuttering and freezing for 3/4 seconds. I would honestly put with with the stuterring and freezing if my games got rid of all the other issues. Problem is the issues always comes back as if something hidden is overriding anything I try to do to fix the issues. The input lag, hitreg and graphics issues all came back after 15-20 mins of me playing without messing with any of the settings while everything was working.

Like I mentioned in the main post, the hitreg and input lag issues also fixed itself in Apex temporaraly before for few minutes when I ran the game in windowed mode while pressing alt+enter from a forum I read. I usually had my games a little brighter in fullscreen but running in windowed mode made the game darker as if windowed mode switching to windowed mode removed the game's color config. S

Yes I have tried that. Trying the different 2.0 and 3.0 usbs. Turning off any power management related to USBs in device manager. Also tried Hidusbf. Did nothing.

did you notice any difference between your gameplay and gameplay from youtube / twitch streamers?

I suppose, their fps looks wayvmore smooth, than yours, mouse movements too

Have you tried installing something like windows server, running general optimizations on it (or not) and trying to play with that? Maybe even try going back to windows 7 and see how that goes.

When has this appeared? Maybe you're just extra sensitive to the DWM input lag, windows 10 is very finnicky with the DWM, even if you try and disable it, it can bring it back up again. You can just try windows 7, disable aero theme (disables dwm) and try playing like that, see if that makes any difference.

Im never use Windows 10, only use Windows 7 since release, have similar issue. This shit is not about Windows versions. This is about how pc works itself
