Omen X25 vs Strobed IPS 240hz

Omen X25 I've heard has one of the fastest TN native panel, however, I want to know how does that compare to strobed IPS 240hz like the VG259QM or MAG251RX? Does with strobing, the MAG251RX can beat/match the Omen X25?

You can't really compare strobe/non-strobe. You will have to sacrifice something
Pick your poison:
1. Strobe crosstalk, decreased brightness, flicker (some people may have fatigue because of it), but clearer image
2. A bit of blur
