How to check displayport cable's bandwidth (old cable)?

Post by pusep » 14 Feb 2022, 10:39

Hi guys! I have a 1080p 240hz monitor with a really short displayport cable (1.5m) and I have a 2m displayport cable (no version, it says "displayport cable") from my old monitor NEC P241W 2011 year (1080p 60hz). I have connected the cable to my new monitor and it works fine in games, I don't see any difference. Should I worry about input lag because the old monitor is just 1080p 60hz? Is there any way to check the cable?
