Im choosing between benq xl2456k that cant run Gsync with Dyac ON which i want to be playing with and viewsonic xg2431 that can run both PureXP and gsync at the same time.
The only reason i lean to Viewsonic compared to Zowie is because it can run gsync and i wont get screentearing at low framerates. I dont care if its IPS or TN panel, since i want the best competitive experience.
Im going to play WZ on 9900k and 3080 which means my framerate will flactuate between 140 and 200 frames probably.
Will i experience alot of screen tearing on Zowie with gsync off or it will be so negligible that it will not even affect my aim?
GSYNC vs no GSYNC in Warzone
Re: GSYNC vs no GSYNC in Warzone
There will always be screen tearing if refresh rate doesn't match frame rate exactly. For any strobing you want as flat as possible Hz=fps. Meaning you need big fps headroom so that 1% or 0.1% lows don't cause desync therefore tearing.1111111111111111iiii wrote: ↑06 Apr 2022, 15:56Im choosing between benq xl2456k that cant run Gsync with Dyac ON which i want to be playing with and viewsonic xg2431 that can run both PureXP and gsync at the same time.

But at high refresh rates and frame rate such as 240 screen tearing is much less noticeable when compare to 60. And from my experience it is not bad.
XG2431 also can't have both enabled simultaneously btw.
