GSYNC vs no GSYNC in Warzone

Im choosing between benq xl2456k that cant run Gsync with Dyac ON which i want to be playing with and viewsonic xg2431 that can run both PureXP and gsync at the same time.
The only reason i lean to Viewsonic compared to Zowie is because it can run gsync and i wont get screentearing at low framerates. I dont care if its IPS or TN panel, since i want the best competitive experience.
Im going to play WZ on 9900k and 3080 which means my framerate will flactuate between 140 and 200 frames probably.
Will i experience alot of screen tearing on Zowie with gsync off or it will be so negligible that it will not even affect my aim?
