Best you can try is turn off everything in the house. Connect the PC to the socket that is close to main panel. If that will help than you can decide if that 8k is worth it.

This means the problem is in the power supply of the PC (or monitor), there can be no other options. The image on your screen is slow. You running faster than your monitor can display. Keyboard and mouse movement not synchronized with the image.

As air (purified or not) is not part of the computer’s inner working (except for cooling, but purification makes no difference there), this is completely placebo.

Well submarine using sonars because Frequency (wifi, radio and so on) has hard time travel thrue water. So if you add more water in your air in your room that water will block some frequency. Thats only explanation that make sense to me….
So now we need put our PCs to water tank to test it… 😀😀😀

How you make the measurement if you dont have PE wire? Did you put one probe on the case and the second on the Neutral wire?
