Don't look for the solution on Linux, it's completely unnecessary.
If u have floaty mouse, etc, then its EMI/RFI, bad grounding, and return noise from neutral wire
Linux is actually a lot better for seeking for solution, especially when it comes to cs2 performance thanks to native vulkan ...

ECC ram is for server tasks and they are not suitable for gaming systems .
It is important to understand that the problem is not in temperature conditions(maybe), but most likely in the success of the memory controller in the processor. too many variables for problems to arise...
