Funny, I have exactly the same problems as you described. Every bot is professional and you have to play 300%.

All Tweaks done. System run perfect. All input lag is gone. Sometimes I run through fortnite and kill everything that comes my way with an ease of "aaahaaahaaahaaa ...

I research every BIOS setting and adjust it to the max
I research every *.reg and don't merge it with hope.
I research every *.bat and read about it before i hit the return key
I read every news about settings daily and and if i add it i compare before/after ...

I have Logitech G Pro X Superlight wireless and i think it has drivers but am not 100% sure. I also have made sure i turned all those power management stuff off in the past :)

I fixed my hitreg/desync problems with some new settings in MSI Utility AND RAM Settings.
How good are the last few frames and the absolute lowest DPC latency if for some reason it doesn't run in sync with the game?

For CS:GO/Valorant usage, it is probably a good choice for the price but if you play at other games like Apex Legends, Overwatch or even Battlefield, avoid this monitor.

Offtopic, can you check if UFO ghosting test is synchronized?
I get a stutter warning every 7 seconds with my VG279QM in W10 22H2.

About your post, I never tried CapFrameX but I will give it a go to see how my PC performes.
I assume the "Sync" tab is related only to the system.
And try Xperf ...

Review all MSI Tool Settings, change the network adapter settings (intel 219v) from msi and high priority to

undefined and not msi mode because the intel ethernet adapter does not actually support msi mode and creates more ...
