Why would i disable the gpu driver? My post time depends on what i choose to initialize and if i want fast boot on for both bios and Windows. I remind you this is not 2014 where mobos were simple and everything fired up in 5 seconds.Slender wrote: ↑01 Jun 2024, 07:40thanks for that info.agstrato wrote: ↑01 Jun 2024, 07:37All i did was just reinstall Windows 10 and it's not an issue to begin with. To make it even better i am using updated drivers not the original ones for my mobo because they are clearly too old. If Intel ME is not working the computer shuts down itself in exactly 30 minutes, you can google this info online you'll end up in intel forums. I can assure you the performance is exactly the same with these things saying running or stopped in Events. The important window is the "General" where it says The device is working properly.Slender wrote: ↑01 Jun 2024, 03:56interesting how you fix that, but i think that issue cant be fix in windows. That is another lvl.agstrato wrote: ↑28 May 2024, 13:27UPDATE: I managed to get Intel ME and all the other things you said started and performance is exactly the same. I also did some digging and it seems that the people that have problems with Intel ME usually get their pc shutdown automatically in 30 mins, bsods and random reboots which is clearly not our case. Without ME the CPU doesn´t even start, just so you know. I highly doubt it has anything to do with our issue. I will soon post some fixes for input latency, the problem i have now is that my CPU is pretty old to handle Counter-Strike 2 so i would really want someone with a good PC try my stuff.
Due to the screenshot limit i decided to upload here:
https://imgur.com/a/all-running-UrkGwvL
and here:
https://postimg.cc/gallery/sDQd0f4
So as you can see even if you get these running/started it makes no difference. BTW my windows is activated with HWID so![]()
can i ask you record video where you disable and enable gpu driver from device manager (just record that blink screen) and say me what post-time and pc setup you have.

@agstrato
people have gone crazy and lack discernment (it's not contempt, it's an observation) on this subject which is beyond us all.
Many are looking in the wrong place...
it's 2024 there's absolutely nothing to touch in Windows (apart from mouse acceleration, Gamebar, the scaling you want in Nvidia and the power mode).
If you encounter an input lag problem and it is not hardware related, you will have to look elsewhere.

Yes, chief, it’s very correct of you to throw this topic to offtopic. That is helpfull.

If this is true then why i can have some of the Intel started and like 90% of them and rest ist not started there is my prove.agstrato wrote: ↑21 May 2024, 11:17So does anyone have a screenshot where Intel ME says Running or Started in Events? I'm pretty sure nobody does because there is nothing to Start. According to someone that cleans drivers of bloatware for Asus motherboard this is what he says:
Please do not look for issues where there are none.
If you want to check the devices status in the devices Properties of any devices in Devices Manager, you have to check in the main General tab - Device status and not in the Events tab (moreover, as reminder, the Intel Chipset Drivers are called drivers but they are not really drivers, they have nothing functional/active, they just serve to recognize the product names in Device Manager to identify/index all the pieces of the chipset, so there is nothing to "start").
So yeah i never seen a PC where the IMEI says Started or Running in the Events window, doubt anyone has. However there is a way to install the Intel ME so that on the Events tab it doesn't show Device configured (null) after installing it. I attach pics of both scenarios:

imeiCONF.png
Just imagine none of my Intel PCI Express root says running why? Why Intel power engine plug in says RUNNING?
All of them was configured at same date.

He looks at the monitor, which is not starting.
