Scewin/Grub Hidden Bios Settings

Hey guys wondering if anyone has played around with Scewin/Grub to change hidden bios settings and wondering if it has made any difference for you guys. Using a 5800x3d/x570 if anyone has done it on the same platform.

some things is affect on mouse movement and little input, but it on intel.
on amd mouse work a lot better, no need change anything in hidden bios.
