Some of you probably tried this by now but I got good results from updating the chipset for your storage and monitor, also the LPC Controller for Intel CPUs. Weirdly enough I still have some floatiness on my desktop but games feel perfectly fine.

It doesn't say where I should plug it in, but there are lots of ports on my motherboard. I checked each one, but none of them work. The mouse doesn't stop where I want it to sometimes it's fast, other times slow, and its not accurate.
