new motherboard = good skill

Everything about latency. This section is mainly user/consumer discussion. (Peer-reviewed scientific discussion should go in Laboratory section). Tips, mouse lag, display lag, game engine lag, network lag, whole input lag chain, VSYNC OFF vs VSYNC ON, and more! Input Lag Articles on Blur Busters.

i think if we think logically if your device suports msi x,it must run it msi mode 100% of the time, however i have read in this forum from many users, who also make threads to show this,if you have nic on mb.in my case is "Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller" i think its always 100% better to be not in msi mode.do you agree with me?
No, I think all modern network controllers in W10 era should be used with MSI mode enabled.
For USB & audio, there's definitely more nuance to this topic.
The biggest issue is that most of this discussion is unexplored & requires technical knowledge to fully troubleshoot by using ETL-based tools such as xtw, MXA,... & the biggest hurdle, which gatekeeps this information: time & effort.
One can consider playing around with core affinities instead, if lowering jittering from DPC/ISR scheduling is wanted.
All drivers (kernel-mode modules) on Windows, by default, schedule DPC/ISR's on core 0.

for all nic you are right must be used in msi x if it suports it,but mine exact "Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller" i can confimr that msi mode off is 100% better,as i said many people here are doing it like i do it no msi mode on,but i think you are right for example i turn off msi mode only for the nic,and i bind it to cpu 5,and i can "feel" its way better then, msi mode on,and no affinities.
