I didn't, still rocking same case from 2018. Please reply on this post if you do decide to try it out.
Bought BeQuiet Pure Base 500 today, no change.
That is truly unfortunate. Thanks for the update!
I just ordered an online (double conversion) UPS as the last try. If this doesn't help me, I'm giving up. I will update the results here in case someone has similar issue and is following this thread
I've been down the whole electricity path myself.

In my case, a medical grade isolation power transformer was the key.

My double-conversion UPS is sitting in the closet collecting dust.

I used it for a long time, and it SEEMED to get rid of the influence of my power coming from the wall outlet on aim feel/input lag/whatever you want to call it, but it introduced it's own influence if that makes sense. Basically any setting I changed on it would change aim feel as a result... it didn't feel like the transparent fix to all issues that I had hoped for.

The medical grade isolation power transformer on the other hand instantly worked and there no fiddling around with settings or anything like that required. Just plug in and go. It got rid of whatever electrical issues I was having personally and resulting aim feel is excellent.

UPDATE: The UPS has made a significant difference, it is much better, but I still feel like it's not 100% it.

Touching any metal (wether on UPS or on PC) makes it now INSANELY smooth and responsive with UPS, but only for 15 seconds and it slowly starts degrading...

Can you link where you buy it? (medical grade isolation power transformer) And what model you have?

Umm... I can link you where I bought mine but holy crap, I just saw the prices on these and I'm not sure what happened (maybe it's tariffs or something) but the prices skyrocketed since the time I got mine (back in January 2024).

I am in Canada and bought mine back then for $628 which is already pretty pricey for something that might not have worked. I took a gamble on it and luckily it worked perfectly for my situation. But I simply can't sit here and say it will solve everyone's issues because I can't be held responsible for someone wasting their money if it didn't work!

But NOW? It's listed at $1,644 on the Canada site.... YIKES. That's literally $1000 more than I paid... insane.

On the U.S. site it's listed at $1,118...

There's no way I can comfortably recommend you get it from there because they jacked up the prices like crazy. Also due to the fact that it would be a huge pain if you went through the trouble of getting one and it didn't even resolve your issues. Not sure about their return policy or if there even is one but there is no way I would want to deal with the hassle of shipping one of these back even if it was possible... they are FREAKING HEAVY!

But I went ahead and linked them above anyways in case you were curious.

They do have other brands/models on the Digikey website with various wattages and such. But this is the model I got because at the time it was honestly the best value among the ones that were listed and something that was the least risk because of the price ($600ish compared to others that were in the thousands). But now the fact that this one is $1,600+... yeah, I don't feel comfortable even recommending it

This is just Digikey. Some Google searching around and maybe they are cheaper elsewhere.

I will say though, I had the same exact experience as the guy above who got a double-conversion UPS. The double-conversion UPS DID A LOT... but it did not feel like it fixed the issue 100% just as he described. The isolation transformer, though? Absolute night and day difference. Not even a hint of that horrible floaty feeling remained anymore that was coming from the electrical outlet.

You can think of it almost like a "safe" deserted island. Everything connected to the isolation transformer is behind a firewall of sorts that the interference can't get to. I can even introduce the interference onto this so-called deserted island by taking a device (let's use a TV as an example, if I plugged that TV directly into one of my wall outlets with dirty power and then ran an HDMI cable from the TV to my PC setup that is on the "safe" deserted island of the isolation transformer, that floaty feeling immediately comes back because I am creating an electrical link back to dirty power via that HDMI connection).

So basically everything in your chain in your PC setup has to be running on the isolation transformer and nothing can lead back to a power outlet or source that isn't protected by the isolation transformer. Hence why I got a isolation transformer with a decent wattage 1800W+ so I could run all my devices through it. My setup is like this: Isolation Transformer -> output to 2 10-outlet PDU power distribution strips (basically plain ole' dumb power bars that do not have surge protection) -> these 20 outlets feed all my devices (two PC towers, triple monitor setup, 50 inch TV, speakers/sub, audio amplifiers and so on). Anything that has any sort of electrical connection to my setup all has to run on the "safe island" if that makes sense.

HUGE UPDATE: I taped the grounding pins (located 12 and 6 o'clock) on my outlet with an electrical tape and it made a HUGE difference, it feels almost perfect! By doing that I essentially removed the grounding completely so it's ungrounded outlet > UPS > PC and monitor and Ethernet to USB adapter in order to isolate electricity from router outlet. I have no idea whether this is safe or not, and does UPS offer me any protection if there is no grounding at all. What do you guys think?

The conclusion is that the grounding (TN-C system) is the root cause of my issues and only solution to that is switching to TN-CS system in my building, am I correct?

What seems like it got worse is getting "ferrari peeked", when enemies peek me there is no way I can react (I know what is peekers advantage, but this is way beyond that) - it feels like people see me way sooner...

No transformer will fix your houses wiring, you're only exacerbating your issue.
Tackling the root cause is the only way.
Proper 99% purity copper wiring with layout up to modern standards with actual "grounding", even though that somewhat doesn't exist since the 1950s...
