Someone had claimed their issues was fixed by building a new pc from scratching - everything new and not mixing parts so I Built a completely new pc, didnt use any old parts. 9800x3d + 5070. Mouse is less floaty, less input lag, very snappy, game looks more way smoother even at the same fps as my other pc 7800x3d.

However desync is crazy. Everyone is ferrari peeking me, everyone looks like gods both in csgo and valorant. I played some DM and everyone looked like fkn pros the way they killed me. Switching back to my old pc enemies take much longer to react but aim is so floaty. this is chalked

can you share what is the old motherboard and what is the new one?

Hey there, happened to me when I upgraded from a i9-9900K + 4070ti to 7800X3D with new MOBO - MSI B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI and I somewhat managed to fix my desync/ferrari peek issue by flashing my BIOS to the latest one while leaving C-States in BIOS on Auto.

Before flashing my BIOS I had to set C-States to "Off" for my game to feel a tad bit decent. Maybe you could give that a shot?

What motherboard and onboard NIC are you using? Could you share more about your RAM too?

Fixing Desync Ferrari Issue by flashing Bios...

You are still believe in this Placebo fixes ? Which dont gonna last for long and until you realize it one day and figure out that it is dont what really helps and makes the real change...in your Online Gaming experience ?


It is same Story like with Windows reinstall and where things suddenly are become like "better" different for a short moment and like fixed for some Matches but thats just a big lie and until you start Rank up higher and higher and try climb the ELO...then all your Desync Ferrari Issues will come back and even worse things gonna start to happen...100% believe me.


Stop mess up with your Hardwares cause everything alright with that and if you turned all power savings OFF and everything that has some negative effect impact on performance and fps...you are very fine...


And it is 100% not your Hardware that cause Desync, Ferrari and things like bad Hitreg or just this overall feelings where Enemy are like Godlike...

It is wrong path that you go and new Bioses or Motherboards will for sure dont make it better lol...

I did flash my bios but for another reason, my fps was really low on the default bios and it got fixed with that. I will try messing with the c states

I do not much agree with donger in many cases but here he might be right and in such case where ferrari and desync or godlike enemies topic...

I myself tried already much with different PC Hardwares and Result...literally nothing.

But I tried even with Internet much and like still nothing much of change (but in my case i cant try much with Internet here cause of still bad old Internet Infrastructure and like no many Options to do and to choose and play around with)...but I am still going this path and believe that the Issue is somewhere here...if talk about Hitreg,Desync,Ferrari,Advantage and Enemies who are like always 0,5sec faster than you feelings and such topic...


Like i find Guys who have 1 to 1 similar Hardware Specs to me and they for some Reason have no Issues go Past Gold Rank in short time in Valorant and like dont struggle this much than I do from match to match and even with fresh new created Accounts......

But then i find Guys who have better Hardware than that and most of them and which i think is very funny coincidence are from Germany...but still are playing on my low Level and hardstuck Elo in Silver and some even struggle more than me and having bad time and underperform really much...

meanwhile they having and own much more nice PC Hardware and everything than me...and many I see with Account which 200/300LVL+ and even saw 400LVL already in my Matches...and which means many of gameplay hours invested but they still same Rank Elo like me and land in my Matchmakings and play with...same poor hardstuck Guys like me and which unable to get better after 1000 and even 2000 hours of suffer of climb and just get past and over one Rank...


There no other Option left than Internet Quality or something to do with that and which at the end decides about your future Online SKILL performance and at where you get placed and from where you start your climb and how far you will go and reach with your Connection that you have to Server...

But only until all the Issues and unfairness starts and then messes up with you and you will then face Enemies which gonna feel like Godlikes and Advantage over you and all the disadvantage Issues will start for you where you feel useless and noob again...I see no more possible Logical answer...but that my Theory right now and i know it sounds very bad and like an excuses why i am still in Silver...

I just try think Logical and find Answer about my own Issue here too and which is very similar to many Guys here and what they describe and feelings...


But Valorant itself feels rigged much and like the more you start try Rank Up (getting good) then the feel of all above said Issues only start to get worse and worse and match to match...just another funny coincidence...but maybe something truth about it...or i am wrong with his feeling ?

In LAN conditions i believe everything would be much much different Story and for many Guys and in this Game...


And OP of this Thread will realize this too soon and no Bios flashing gonna fix such Issues...like I can tell this for 100% and many others can tell too and who already tried all possible Tweaking and flashed everything possible on Earth...but achieved nothing with that and not much.

Or there exist any Success example of Guys who buy new Hardware or by Tweaking and like become Immortal or Radiant in just some Months after that ?

Haha take a step back buddy, I'm just sharing what worked for me and is still working. I've seen your posts and can only say that you need to see a therapist ASAP instead of trying to find the "magic fix" on this forum. Good day.

Only want Help you to stop cope with Bios flashes and about your PC hardwares where you feel differences...That what a therapist would say to you too...


Can you show some Gameplay footage ? I want see how much your Desync Ferrari Enemies Issue is bad and how much it holds you back and ruins your true Skill...

And I already stop to search for magic fix long time ago...but it seems and looks more like that you the one who still believe in that...
