I have a question for those who have tried Online-UPS

This subforum is for advanced users only. This separate area is for niche or unexpected lag issues such as electromagnetic interference (EMI, EMF, electrical, radiofrequency, etc). Interference of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction (ECC) latencies like a bad modem connection, except internally in a circuit. ECC = retransmits = lag. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.

I have a question for those who have tried Online-UPS
Hello, has anyone who previously used an Online-UPS experienced a reduction in input lag issues? I know that Online-UPS is not a complete solution since it still converts the same problematic grid electricity, but has anyone noticed a decrease in the issue? Iβm planning to buy an Online-UPS soon in the hope that it might reduce the problem, and Iβm curious about your experiences. Thanks.

Don't get it, it's not going to solve anything and it's a waste of cash. If you do, buy it new and just send it back

I bought one about two months ago; it solved the problem for about an hour, then it came back. Don't buy it; it's a waste of money with this issue. I think connecting a ground with low resistance is a better option.
