I noticed a long time ago that installing clean Windows fixes the desync, floating mouse, etc., and I managed to find out what actions cause a fierce desync.

The reason:
After installing the drivers on the motherboard and gpu, the system breaks down for some reason, and it is impossible to play games, it's just unpleasant, disgusting.

Possible fix (since all systems and builds are different):
Before installing Windows, you need to perform a full CMOS reset and then reset the BIOS settings to default.
Install clean Windows.
And you just need to update Windows through the Windows settings itself, as well as install all the "optional updates".
You do not need to install motherboard drivers from the manufacturer's official website or from the websites of hardware manufacturers like AMD, Intel, etc (the point is that the drivers should be installed from the microsoft server database and I know that there are outdated hardware that have not been supported for a very long time, in which case, unfortunately, you need to upgrade your hardware to a fresh one).
Do not use any tweaks on super mega low latency, do not touch anything in Nvidia Profile Inspector, etc.
Do not change the Windows power plan and disable mouse acceleration.
Nvidia's 3D settings are default; don't change anything there, I do not know the scaling, but I put a full-screen display without a check mark.

BIOS:
In the BIOS, I only enabled Secure Boot on Standard before installing Windows.

System health test (theoretical):
Go to dinochrome.com, set the difficulty to expert, and watch the dino. If it accelerates incredibly quickly, then there's something wrong with your PC. Perhaps the motherboard has crappy firmware, BIOS, crappy default BIOS settings, crappy drivers in the Microsoft server database, etc.
My score on expert difficulty: 5554
I could get even higher, but I'm really lazy. The point is, the dino's speed is static, and you can easily increase the score.

My recommendations:
Never change the firmware of the motherboard, GPU, mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc. After updating the firmware, the driver database on Microsoft servers is not updated, except in very rare cases, which is equivalent to a miracle.
Connect the mouse to the CPU port and the keyboard to the chipset port, and do not use USB headphones.

I was mistaken about Nvidia Reflex; this technology should be enabled wherever available, as it doesn't just reduce game latency but also synchronizes CPU and GPU operations.
There are games that don't support NVIDIA reflex, and in that case, you need to enable low latency mode on Ultra for a specific game in NVIDIA, but you don't need to enable this feature globally!

I'm far from an expert in software, etc., I'm a simple user, but Linux is for work tasks where the priority is on other tasks, not gaming. I’ve been complaining for years about having desync and hit-reg issues while gaming (e.g., in Battlefield). It’s not a network or internet issue; it’s a local problem that simply cannot be fixed.

I just tried out the Dino game, and I can clearly see it speeding up.

The interesting thing is: when I play BF6, the game runs normally at first, but minute by minute, the opponents get faster and faster. I barely have any time left to react. My window for reaction shrinks. The worst gamers in the world start playing like pros.

The Dino game fits this pattern (the problem) perfectly.
