After all these years and still no fix for this input lag and desync :(

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

Guys UPDATE.

I tried this twice so far but the lag issues seem to get fixed IN AIRPORTS.

I played at an airport last year and noticed I had no desync issues, graphics looked clearer/smoother and mouse is easier to use. I just played again on my gaming laptop yesterday from an airport lounge. my ping was 8-12ms. I was able to play for an hour and everything felt good and normal.
I played Battlefield 1 and had a 2 good operations match. Also tried Apex and everything looked and felt normal but interestingly the game would crash after few minutes of playing. I don't know what that means. Maybe airports have some type of protection and less interference.

I guess airport doesn't want interference around as much as they don't want birds, so they go to great lengths with those issues.

I'm going to go crazy seeing this problem go unsolvable after all these years... I literally moved to different COUNTRIES, location and tried every single thing already posted here and everywhere that I could try and find. Went through almost 10 different PCs, laptops with all different configurations. the problem still follows everywhere.

This crazy input lag, desync, floaty mouse, bad degraded graphics/shimmering/bad anti-aliasing/unsmooth game graphics... this is unbelievable. I know there are others still battling this BS. I just can't wrap my head around this...It just makes no sense logically. Look, I'm an average guy. I'm not smart enough to write an indepth science paper on this but I know this issue is there100%. No placebo. There has been some solutions I have tried over the year that minimizes the issues temporarily and I absolutely feel he difference and perform night and day. But they just stop working... all these forum posts and no permanent fix. I know chief says the cause could be many different things but I know many others have the exact same issue as me. There has to be some sort of crossover when it comes to the MAIN cause of this, right?

I guess this is just a venting post. I'm just tired of this... I just want to game normal :(
hi buddy, I wrote a detailed guide for people like you. viewtopic.php?f=15&p=110021#p110021

Lmao says no schizo tweaks then proceeds to write a post with a bunch of random useless tweaks. Insane the delusion in here
You are a zombie who needs 100500 optimizations and reg files.
This is indirect admittance to optimizations being worthwhile. I never got this "just be better" mindset. If you can push these limits without consequences then why don't you? Is it a cool thing to use a bloated system now or are a lot of people got the same mental issues at the exact same time? It's always about "it breaks basic functions" or "it's placebo".

First of sorry for my english.

I have this problem over +4 years, i got change 3 different setup and i got change in my house its not working on me. I search a lot source for fix or some improvement but end of the day you cant fix this problem. Because %90 its about grid electricity. If your grid electricity have capacity problem that means your electricity quality is bad. Bad quality triggers this problem. If your not in %10 you can't fix this.
If you not want belive my theory you can test it. Go to internet cafe and play morning(costumers will be few.) and night(
customers will be full). When you play morning you can see the difference.

Also its not about body and placebo dont be crazy guys. I wish best for us.

You could play off-grid with tiny percentage of that money spend , did you ?
And I know this shit stays offline but Im curious how many different modem did you tried ( not router )
Yes I did with solar generator and different other configurations. Same crap.
No point in different modems when it is there in many different locations across continents.
Modems are computers , I advice you to try different modem , I find they change how pc feel insanely

Yeah, people are so annoyed they start thinking it's something about the body, or the sweat. I don't want to blame them because when you have this "lag" for years and you can't find anything to fixe that, it's the most frustrating thing ever.
I also think it's about grid electricity, because for me, everything was find, and one day, overnight, it became unplayable. I'll play on a computer's friend when i can, then in an internet cafe. Hope one day we will find the solution...

Still less ridicilous than believing this problem is caused by POWER/EMI after all these years of people who moved close to 20 times like me and I'm just 1 person how about 20+ other cases of no one solving this problem by moving? Do the math and now look at the odds and possibility of that being a thing. Than you come to conclusions that world itself is wierd and we as humans are not perfect and do not understand everything about this world. It is a possibility that this problem is an anomaly and not necessarily caused by our body.

You people are in big minority, many many people actually did fix it by moving / fixing electrical installation (including myself), they just don't report it on forums anymore after they fixed their issues...if you moved 20 times, tried 20 different PCs, then I'm sorry but you have some other problems, maybe in your brain...and no, it is MUCH more ridicilous thinkin that your body is causing computer lag and error-correction delays inside a sealed faraday cage (pc case), meanwhile it is scientifically proven that ripple, voltage drift, harmonics etc. are causing erratic PC behaviour because of wobbling and unstable 12V rails.

In my neighbourhood some shit is going on grid I think right now. How come today I can play during the day without almost no input lag? How the fuck is it possible? Gun fights are pretty fair, there is no heavy input lag today, I am shitting on some people. I think I have only input lag sometimes while ps5 pro stutter in warzone because it’s not powerful machine and it’s seems pretty natural compared to hardcore heavy input lag almost all the time when I can’t track enemy because my crosshair is too slow but today it’s pretty snappy XD 2 days ago since the early night there wasn’t input lag „heavy aim” too. Lmfao, how the fuck is it even possible
