If you don't feel it, then great! with higher refresh rate monitors, the latency that comes with vsync goes down and down.I didn't notice a big difference while vsync is on, im not even sure what it does to be honest and if maybe i should put it ON and adjust other settings.
if there is a option for triple buffering, enable that and I THINK it removes a tiny bit of lag.
A lot of the time people are just talking out of there ass. it MIGHT help lower latency for vsync, as I believe that having it set to 2 increases the latency by a lot shown in flood CSGO data, but I don't know how much that translates to LOLBut i am not sure if i should leave it as 1 and if its just a solution for this specific thing, Idk if for other games i should adjust it differently.
