I will definitely read about lightboost tomorrow, Is it something really necessary and has no risk for my monitor ?
No risk on your monitor! it's built into your monitor and not many monitors have it, it's a luxury you get to use :D
I didn't notice a big difference while vsync is on, im not even sure what it does to be honest and if maybe i should put it ON and adjust other settings.
If you don't feel it, then great! with higher refresh rate monitors, the latency that comes with vsync goes down and down.
if there is a option for triple buffering, enable that and I THINK it removes a tiny bit of lag.
But i am not sure if i should leave it as 1 and if its just a solution for this specific thing, Idk if for other games i should adjust it differently.
A lot of the time people are just talking out of there ass. it MIGHT help lower latency for vsync, as I believe that having it set to 2 increases the latency by a lot shown in flood CSGO data, but I don't know how much that translates to LOL

Im really sorry for my ignorant but i don't understand that much about monitors or graphic options :/
It's fine brah 8-)

Thanks for all your answers mate,
Last question, I've noticed that from time to time, like once in 3-4 minutes my monitor refresh for 1 milisec (like shows black and back to normal). is it normal? :o

"Maximum Pre-Rendered Frames: If available, this option - previously known as 'Max Frames to Render Ahead' - controls the number of frames the CPU prepares in advanced of being rendered by the GPU. The default value is 3 - higher values tend to result in smoother but more laggy gameplay, while lower values can help reduce mouse and keyboard lag. However extremely low values such as 0 may hurt performance, so I recommend this option be kept at its default of 3 globally, and only adjusted downwards in specific game profiles. Remember, in most cases mouse lag is due to low framerates, so adjusting this option is not an automatic cure to lag issues, nor should it be the first thing you try. Finally, it only works in DirectX games, not OpenGL games."
I have used this before to boost performance. Try it on 1, if you notice a difference then great, you can always set it back.

Meh, could be just a random monitor thing :P

but if something serious happens, be sure to contact a doctor before the problem gets worse.

Edit: wait, I really do think you might have a problem with your gpu in some respects. Your LOL player shouldn't be frickering and screen be flashing black. these types of gpu artifacts can happen if your gpu is at unstable levels, it could be your gpu is clocked too high or your psu providing enough power, try downloading a overclock program (afterburner) and downclocking your gpu/power a little bit.

To be honest its not a big deal, Doesn't really bother me now after setting few things playing with vsync off and uncapped i get around 150-250 FPS and it seems stable.

Regarding the lightboost, I have XL2420Z, I didn't see it's supported to use lightboost(the program) on this monitor.
In fact, looking at the internet ive noticed its already built in this monitor, So there's nothing i should do about it ?
