Hey!

Question is same as my name of thread. If I uninstall Blur Busters Strobe Utility will settings backs to default values?
If not then please give me basic settings for xl2411z.

I don't think they will reset. The tool only helps you do the same as you would from the BenQ service (hidden) menu.
Some good settings are ~1.0ms persistence - 0 crosstalk (all the way to the left). That would reduce brightness a lot so you should put 100 for brightness and also use the VT tweak if you want (through nvidia cp or toastyx).

Right now I have got 4.0ms and down bar max for the left. What do you mean "TV tweak"? I will use my XL2411Z for normal daily work and for cs:go. So 1.0ms in my opinions it's to dark.

Ok I will look at it. Tell me one thing, please. Will it change something (help) if I play on the lower resolution that 1920x1080? I asked you because I usually play cs:go on 800x600. I get used to it and I like it.
