BBR + CSGO = Stutter?

Thing is if I disable VT, I get a dark image and have to compensate with monitors own brightness setting and the clarity of motion such as testufo becomes less.
If I enable VT I get a brighter monitor and no need to raise brightness on monitor itself, and more clarity in motion with less crosstalk. But I get the scanlines.

Scanlines aren't visible for me using 1501VT (instead of 1502) @ 125hz. Did you try it?
