Same here. It still says order processing and it was ordered about 1AM on Thursday. If it changes tonight I'll chalk it up to slow processing.

I asked customer service about an update on the order and they said their system hasn't been updating properly. After they checked on the order it showed it was shipped, either last Friday or yesterday, and I would get an email with a tracking number by tonight.

Their online chat service was really easy to use, just make sure you use the email that is under your account because they'll use that to check on your order.

I chatted with them yesterday. They said it would go out that day, but still processing and no tracking number yet. Not sure if they're lying or just incompetent. Usually when I get a extended processing thing on an order it means either a) There was a problem with my payment and they didn't bother to tell me or b) They didn't really have stock when they said they did and are waiting for it to come in. We'll see.

I have tracking on mine. ETA is Friday. I'll provide feedback once I get a chance to test.

So after talking to them again, the reason why people weren't getting any order updates was because of a "pricing issue," some kind of glitch in their system apparently. Because of that they were delaying shipping out the monitors.

They called and told me it was shipping out today with an upgrade to 2 day shipping. I'll believe it when I see it this time.

I finally got tracking. It was shipped on Wed, will be here Tuesday. This after them repeatedly saying it shipped Monday in chat. I wonder what the pricing issue was? Maybe the coupon wasn't supposed to apply the the new monitor and they were deciding if the bad PR was worth it?
