This XL2566K pursuit resembles 240Hz TN alot, very similar to
Omen X 25. But I could be wrong as persistance improvements are still visible in outlines of the alien itself and disc segments. Overall very impressive. Looks to be a promising refresh compliance which DyAc will welcome. On these shots its not visible but steering wheel is usually more pronounced on
360Hz IPS indicating couple of faster rising transitions while TN has faster falling transition, less trailing.

600$ for 1080p TN panel in late 2022? No, thanks.
IMO For that price, it should have at least 500Hz to compete with ROG Swift.

He hardly makes a direct comparison to the acer 390hz which tells me his review is probably paid by zowie.

Acer's 390hz is a 360hz IPS (he compared to a few of those - ones that use the same panel)
I can promise you it doesn't beat this panel's response time.
And I would eat my hat if it has BFI better than Zowie's, I have never seen a monitor that fits that description
As a matter of fact, 240hz TN from Zowie also beats all 360hz IPS monitors in response time and BFI.

There’s no question this monitor is the best competitive gaming monitor ever. Well, that is contingent on the input lag being as good as ASUS 360 Hz and Acer 390 Hz (which unfortunately he did not test). But personally I do not think I will switch from my 390 Hz IPS monitor to this 360 Hz Zowie TN. On the other hand, the ASUS 500 Hz TN monitor will be extremely tempting. Or possibly a 1440p 360 Hz TN monitor. I’m fairly confident I won’t buy an IPS again. It will either be TN or OLED. I can’t wait until they have 360 Hz OLED screens in 24” or 27”. Well, without the horrible latency that the new ultra-wide OLED monitors have.

Agreed, assuming total latency is in line with the rest of the performance then this is the best esports gaming monitor available to the general public as of now. One could make an argument for 1440p when it comes to BR games such as Apex due to map size but looking at the meta in that game(Rotational aim-assisted controllers on close range) the availability of shields(Loot time + Crafting) and ability to pick up downed teammates, it makes poking and long range fights not optimal and therefore 1440p loses any edge in terms of visibility at long range.
I am also currently running Acer 390hz since over a year back and considering the price in Sweden for this 2566K monitor (900 Euro) there is no way I am getting it before the 500HZ+ TNs get benchmarked. I also don't like to play with BFI since it annoys my eyes to an extent so the DyaC+ isn't as lucrative for me. Having said that, the non BFI image still looks amazing and the best one to date IMO.
Asus PG27AQDP(480HZ)
Acer Nitro XV252QF (390HZ) VRB Off, Overdrive: Normal) Max Brightness ON.
Asus VG248QE (144HZ)

You could get it directly from Zowie's site for 650 euros when it comes out
