Re: ZOWIE XL2566K Discussion Thread [24.5" 360hz TN]
Acer 390 Hz and all other 360 Hz IPS monitors got humbled by this new Zowie monitor. Everyone knew those panels were way too slow for 360 Hz, but I still ultimately purchased the 390 Hz IPS for the extremely low latency about a year ago. I'm tempted to switch to this Zowie monitor, but I think I will wait for ASUS's 500 Hz display or maybe try the new ASUS PG27AQN 1440p 360 Hz IPS monitor that is using dual-layer voltage drivers and has been reported by Optimum Tech to have much faster pixel response times (rivaling the Zowie 360 Hz TN). I will wait for reviews from RTINGs.

Is the BenQ XL2566k able to do QFT like the ViewSonic XG2431?

Try the Standard mode, looks pretty good to me I have set the Gamma to 3, Black EQ 10, Color Temp 99 R 96G 100Bneversince wrote: ↑07 Nov 2022, 06:35hi, does anyone have good/decent color/picture settings for this monitor?
i'm only really playing overwatch right now and while its the smoothest monitor i've ever used it just looks very bad on most maps and i'm not even particularly picky when it comes to this kind of stuff.

Its basically due to transition differences. Each panel type has its character.
These two examples are previous gen IPS vs TN, I think VG259QM vs XL2546K without overdrive, RTINGS charts:

Would you say the XL2566K is the clear winner based on this? Looks better but wonder how much this translates to clarity in-game.
I’ve struggled with any IPS vs TN so far, with the exception of the BB approved Viewsonic which also felt really good. So I’m hesitant to consider the PG27AQN

What's the image quality like?
Similar to the xl2546k?
Love my 46k for games like valorant and overwatch that are clear and vibrant.
But for mw2 and warzone, everything just looks like a brown mess. Incredibly hard to see the enemies
