My P and C states are disabled. Do I have to disable the following?

HPET turned off through Scewin. Hyperthreading off. Running i7 11700k at 5.1Ghz with 16GB 3600 (3200 XMP Hynix B die). [16 20 20 40 Trc 60, Trfc 630].

Also I have Speedstep and Speedshift disabled. But I was looking through nvram.txt and found this

i think you should disable of the options you show and do cs2 benchmark and then if you loose fps revert them.
