Actually managed to fix it by a lot by lowering my isr.
I had like 2k interrupts per second with only discord open and dropped it to like 50-100 per sec.
There are still occasional stutters which seem to be connected to 1% lows, shouldn't happen but will most likely find a solution to that aswell soon.
How did you manage to lower them so much?
I changed all my usbs to the cpu ports instead of chipset. Headset and mic were causing issues
Would you please post a report from latencymon of before and after the change? Might be a confirming factor for others to try and investigate further
