I never saw anyone talk about this tweak but this single regedit change erased my input lag and I'm not even exagerating. My mouse is so fricking fast it's unbelivable. I finally have 1:1 mouse input and dont feel like my inputs are slowed down by the computer if you know what I mean. Anyways ...

- Before you start the game! I change one setting (Control Panel Nvidia > Managing 3D Settings).
