No FSO/FSE , GPU No scalling and UNTICKED

One more thing, I had also packet loss and net jitter and what fixed for me is rollback Realtek 2.5 ethernet driver to 7/29/2024 version.
Update : After testing couple of days, Nvidia Reflex OFF is even better ...

Had a same problem and tried everything possible fix.
Before few days i fixed with changing CS2 to windowed fullscreen mode, NVCP No scalling mode + NVCP Low Latency mode ULTRA + Nvidia Reflex in game to ENABLED (that was best combo for hit registration on my setup).

I guess you havent much experience with inteupts affinity/policies yet so id research it a bit before you change anything as you can easily make performance worse. it depends a lot on your hardware and how its configured.

I reinstalled the packages 3 days ago which 2 of the 3 days felt insanely good. Afterwards, it turned into a complete shit feeling with excessive recoil (feeling like the bullets come through the end of the gun) instead of like at your crosshair.

If you wanted to try whatever he did, probably something like below.
Driver paths:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mouclass.sys (has digital signature)
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mouhid.sys (doesn't have digital signature)

I have been using it for a week or two and it's decent. I wouldn't say that it has a been an big upgrade compared to my 380hz IPS or my network jittering nowadays is holding me back from fully enjoying it.
