What does the data say on DRR4 vs DDR5 regarding Input Lag/Latency? Should a new build stick with DDR4 or go with DDR5?

Are there any up-to-date benchmarks on this? I'm looking to build a new computer and I was thinking about getting the new X3D chips in the Ryzen 7000 series.

Please leave 59XX series out of the choice if you are looking for low input lag. i have a 5950x and i have to disable 8 cores ( 1 CCD ) to get acceptable latency.

Turned my monitor on today and I see this. Doesn't seem to go away with a wet microfiber cloth. Had the monitor since 12/9/19 via Google Shopping. Who should I contact in getting this replaced; Google or HP?
