Re: GSync on or off (with Vsync disabled and high fps)

In that G-Sync vs. V-Sync OFF scenario, is G-Sync mode also disabled from NVidia control panel (nvcpl) when testing V-Sync OFF? Yes. My subjective experiences in the couple of games I have 2000hrs+ on tell me that there might be something going on with the G-Sync mode. It just feels snappier when G...

Re: 360hz users: 400 fps uncapped or 350 fps g sync?

I would like to ask a stupid question, but maybe I still don't understand how vsync on works.

If you use gsync on with fps 236 blocked. Why need vsync "on" since the framerates do not exceed 240 fps?

Re: Alienware AW2518HF, is my Freesync / AdaptiveSync working correctly?

The problem is not freesync but the game. I solved it like this: 1) Disable SMT in bios (Fortnite works best with single-core). 2) Disable HPET in bios and in win10. 3) Use DX12 instead of DX11. After stuttering in the early hours, the DX12 will stabilize for cache. It will become much more stable w...

Re: I have the new Razer 8000 Hz prototype gaming mouse on my desk.

also woah 15 years since 1khz. about damn time to upgrade. Yep, for 360Hz monitors, you need at least 2000 Hz poll rate to improve the ability to tell the difference between 240Hz vs 360Hz. Fortunately going past 1000Hz means 8000Hz is a freebie feature due to USB2 protocol. You can select 125Hz, 5...

Re: NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency - How It Works & Why You Want To Use It

From ignorant. What would be the best setting on Fortinite Competitive with DX12 (240hz)?
(Gpu 50% - Cpu 60%)

G-sync: ON
V-sync: OFF
LLM: OFF
Pre-rendering Frame: 0
Reflex: ON +Boost
Limit FPS in game: 237

There is something wrong?

Re: LLM On vs ultra

I play Fortnite 1080p in low resolution 240hz. Cpu max 50%/60% Gpu 50%/60%. How could I get an advantage with LLM ON or LMM OFF?
